For Water clients we offer a managed service across both technical, operational and customer service functions. Each client location has a dedicated Account Manager to ensure that service delivery is to an agreed standard and quality, fully supporting the clients staff and flexible employees.

Smart offers a national solution to national clients with multi-site operations requiring flexible employees for temporary or temporary to permanent roles. Using our national panel of selected suppliers and our national customer support centre we effectively allocate client bookings to the best placed recruiter to deliver the service. Smart also recruits directly for clients alongside the panel vendors giving an effective integrated service to clients. Our national customer support centre has ‘Quadzu’ – our technology platform that stores and manages all aspects of compliance records to give peace of mind that all documents are valid and kept in date.

Our Outsource offering takes away the hassle of processing for the client as the focus is around Smart holding that responsibility. The client takes delivery of material and transfers it to Smart to process to an agreed end specification, focus on areas such as RDF, SRF, pellets and recycling streams.

Although the client retains the facility ownership many other responsibilities can be transferred to Smart to allow the client to focus on profitability, sourcing and trading material.

Smart ESS has a dedicated team focused on the performance management and training of our workforce delivering added value to our managed service clients.

SmartScor is our bespoke worker performance system, which enables clients to track individual worker performance alongside our site management teams. We ensure that flexible employees are trained to carry out our clients’ duties and meet the performance levels set. SmartScor is used to make sure employees are also recognised and rewarded for good performance and made to feel part of the wider client and Smart ESS team.

Smart ESS actively work with our clients to devise a set of transparent KPI’s that deliver a successful partnership approach, management information is supplied on an agreed basis to ensure service is to the agreed standard.
